The project is a new 40,000 sq. ft. Dining Hall facility on the University Campus. The rectangular building has a trapezoid shaped area slicing through the building with a sloped
roof plane. The two-story building is framed in structural steel. Floor construction is concrete on composite metal deck. Structural steel braced frames achieve lateral stability. The building is founded on conventional spread footings.
