The three-story building located on historic Radcliffe Yard of Harvard University is undergoing a complete renovation to accommodate the new requirements for the building use. The ground floor is opened to include more public spaces including lounges and meeting rooms. The existing non-conforming elevator is replaced by a new elevator at a different location. The existing handicap ramp allowing only side entrance is replaced by a new handicap entrance adjacent to the main entrance. The new renovation is designed to meet the Massachusetts State Building Code Chapter 34.
