Projects Feasability Studies
The existing Franklin Institute was built in 1907 by the Benjamin Franklin Foundation to further education of craftsmen. The building is registered as a historic building. The Trustees intended to explore the possibility and applicable code requirements in case they renovate and expand the facility.. The proposed addition would consist of a two story infill of the existing light well over skylights, a new three-story addition adjacent to the existing building, as well addition of new stairs and elevators.. The purpose of the study was to explore the feasibility of the above proposed work. Architect: HKT Architects,
