Ventress Hall Rehabilitation This multi-phased project is for the rehabilitation of historic Ventress Hall, originally constructed in 1895 and currently home to the Marshfield Public School Administrative Offices as well as the Superintendent of Schools. An extremely tight deadline was in place for completion of Phase I; we began work in January and finished by the end of February. The goal of the project is to renovate and update the building so that it can provide the Town with a functional, accessible space, which began with the feasibility study. The study included extensive site investigation, potential future uses for the building, layout options, and accessibility and code upgrades. We also helped the Ventress Building Committee prepare a presentation to Town Meeting in order to secure funding for Phase II of the project; the Town approved the funding and Phase II is already underway.
