The new office space addition is a two story 16,000 sq ft steel framed structure and included a replacement of the main entrance as well as renovation of 8,000 sq ft of existing office space. The new entrance lobby is enclosed by a two story high radial curtain wall. The first floor houses a state-of-the-art tiered training/lecture room, dictating a long span second floor structure.
