This residentiald evelopment
consists of six three story wood frame buildings. Due to the weak soil condition, the first floor is supported on framed structural reinforced concrete floor slab bearing on perimeter and center grade beams, which in turn are supported on individual footings. Lean concrete fill was used under the footings up to the depth where suitable bearing soil was encountered.
